Capsule, a digital pharmacy start up, has been on the path to modernize how people get the prescriptions they need.
But, there was nothing modern about Capsule’s approach to email, with inconsistent non-mobile friendly design and piecemeal strategies. I sought to create brand-right emails that would convert.
In partnership with Design, I fully revamped our email look & feel, simplified copy, and developed a new suite of templates to optimize segmented campaigns.
The Results:
12% lift in first orders among retargeted customers
Improvements in Open and Click Through Rates as well as a 20% decrease in unsubscribe rates across all campaign
